As a Talent Partner you will run full-cycle recruiting, build pipelines for critical roles, and help candidates understand why Honeydew is a place worth joining.
What you’ll do
- Own hiring for assigned teams from brief to offer
- Build proactive pipelines for scarce skill sets
- Improve interview loops and candidate experience
- Report weekly on funnel health and time-to-hire
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years recruiting in tech or digital products
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable with data-informed prioritization
- Experience across APAC markets is a plus
