What you’ll do
- Design landing, search, and job detail experiences
- Maintain a lean design system in Figma aligned with engineering
- Run lightweight research with candidates and hiring managers
- Partner with marketing on brand-consistent career storytelling
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years product design experience
- Strong portfolio of web product work
- Comfortable with motion and responsive layout
- Ability to write crisp UX copy
